About Us
Albert Goodman Corporate Finance (AGCF) is a trading name of Albert Goodman LLP. In October 2011, Exigo Corporate Finance (ECF) merged with Albert Goodman LLP which was set up by Tracey Williams with the belief that corporate finance services to small and medium size companies could be improved by a high level of partner contact.
AGCF typically works with independent businesses whose owners are still active in management, (as shareholder directors) and for other successful, wealthy individuals.
ABOUT TRACEY WILLIAMS (BA MBA FCA CF MIC MCMI MRICS)
Tracey is a Chartered Accountant and before setting up ECF, was a partner in a regional firm of Chartered Accountants heading up Corporate Finance and Valuation services.
Tracey holds the CF Qualification, the International Standard in Corporate Finance, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of both the Institute of Management Consultancy and Chartered Management Institute. She holds a first class MBA and is a member of the SSBV, the prestigious Society of Share and Business Valuers and a RICS Registered Valuer.
Tracey is a founder member of The Corporate Finance Hub (CFH), a network of carefully selected accountancy and law firms, commercial bankers, venture capitalists and business advisors who provide help to raise funding and maximise shareholder value on the sale of a business.
Tracey also founded the Exit Club a private club for small to medium sized businesses considering their exit options.
